DIRECTORIES AND PROGRAMS FOR LOCAL RESOURCES
Engage your community network, work with your local 211 or other resource directories to identify local resources for quality sleep (e.g., community/family centers with programming such as meditation, tai chi, and/or yoga, which can support physical activity and sleep; multilingual support groups, and community-based behavioral/mental health services and programs specializing in insomnia).

 
RESOURCES FOR BEHAVIORAL AND MENTAL HEALTH TO SUPPORT QUALITY SLEEP

  • For 0-12-year-olds: BrightLife Kids provides expert coaching for sleep issues via live, 1:1 video sessions and secure chat
  • For 13-25-year-olds: Soluna chat app to support mental health
  • For youth and adults: CalHOPE Connect Chat App provides multilingual peer support chat and support groups
  • The Insomnia Coach free app providing a guided, weekly training plan to help track and improve sleep
  • CBT-i Coach free app designed for use by people who are participating in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) guided by a mental health care professional
