Webinar Recording: UCAAN: Anchoring ACEs Aware at the University of California
Meet the leaders of the UCLA-UCSF ACEs Aware Family Resilience Network (UCAAN), a multi-campus University of California (UC) initiative that implements ACEs Aware on behalf of the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). ACEs Aware is a first-in-the nation effort to screen patients for Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) to help improve and save lives.
Speakers discussed how UCAAN is leveraging the UC’s clinical, educational, and scientific expertise to further the ACEs Aware goals of raising awareness, changing clinical practice, and building a network of care to address ACEs and toxic stress. Participants will be able to ask questions following the presentation. The webinar was recorded and will be posted on the ACEs Aware website.
